Bottle caps?

Bottle caps are free and sustainable, providing easy ways to promote growth and development in a child. From math to science, literacy to art, there are endless possibilities to do and learn with your bottle cap kit!

Cap Kits Program

Cap kits are very easy to make and provide children with hands on learning while playing.

Any bottle caps will do—just be sure to wash and dry them thoroughly. Using white sticker labels or by writing directly on the caps, use a marker to label the caps with letters, numbers, words, symbols. . .  anything you want! The sky is the limit for cap kit activities.

Through West Chester University, the Cap Kits Program has hosted parent and teacher trainings to help as many students, parents and teachers as possible! Going strong since 2013, the Cap Kits Program offers multilateral benefits, from keeping bottle caps out of the landfill to giving student teachers a wider scope of experience to helping children have fun while they learn. There is so much good that goes into a simple bag of plastic caps.
